@DW: A slow and soft start indeed - I consider staying at home tomorrow (read: today) too...I'd like to watch Tour de France on TV in the afternoon...and it is almost 7 am here, I have not slept tonight (not tired) and nobody else is probably at the lab anyway... My holiday was excellent, spent some time hiking, did a nice combined scramble and ridge walk, relaxed and socialised with friends An ideal holiday, in other words Hope you have been well, too.

Sounds wonderful... :) I have been okay......slightly better than I was doing before...... :)
@DW: Lets take that debate another time then... And Ill just happily assume whatever I want to for the time beeing.

LOL! Okay I promise I won't shatter your assumptions just yet ;)

I never thought of it like that before DW, damn, am I glad he didn't try it.

You almost sound regretful BS :D

Dottie, well, don't drink to much of it, it can keep you up for weeks at a time.

@Dottie: Too much sleep also makes people more sleepy, paradoxically.

Have you ever considered getting a curtain or a venetian blind?

@DW: It was great indeed :) Good to hear you are doing better...

@DW: Good. One day I shall write down all my asumptions in a big book and then force everyone to live after them. So it is only good you get experiance. :D

@CE: I have the window barred with 3 different curtains, but the room does still get hot. :(

@BS: That would be a curse indeed. ;)

Well I have little control over your conclusions, so I'll have to just let you tread that thorny path at your own peril..... :D :p

A lesser man may take that as a warning to tread lightly (or a smarter one  ) but not me. :D persistance is my middle name.

You know, you can get blackout material that blocks out the sunlight pretty effectively... a friend of mine made himself a blind out of it.

I agree...

Georgi Light management would not be a part of home Ec?
