It's true guys, SYM has been reduced to a corpse since these endogenous spam threads took hold.
You may as well just call SYM the SS and be done with it.

Truth be told, suits me fine. :p :D

Like it how it is.

Well without the SS/SF myself, Rav, chus, Hill, Juni, OS, Fiona, phreddie, Aramant, Mag, slade and the rest of us probably wouldn't be here, or at least not as much. Whether or not that makes an even greater argument for hating them is your call. Sorry to have hijacked your site.

Even I am uncontrollably drawn to SS, and I'm just a newbie... *walks over that way, with eyes glazed*

You learn quickly neophyte. :D

On another note I don't believe I've had the pleasure sir, well met. :D

Ah... the big fish in small pond syndrome, I understand perfectly.

*shrugs*
You all seem like nice people, I believe you could contribute a lot to SYM as a whole. But, if you all feel too insecure to venture too far beyond the confines of the SS there is nothing I can do, clearly.
Enjoy your isolation. :)

I like my cage! :D ;)

It's just how it goes. I don't mega-spam on purpose, it's just the kind of posting I like.

And I believe we do contribute, though I apologize if it's not on the hoped-for level.

Hey Tony.

I just got a new DSL connection, and I'm going nuts enjoying this high speed stuff. I was a snail netter for sooo long. GB loads in a flash now. Why didn't I do this sooner?

Hahaha
Big difference, eh? I remember the dial-up days and I too can't imagine how I or anyone else survived... You can actually *gasp* do stuff now. :D

Ah, you've spoiled yourself. You'll never be able to use Dial Up again. :( :D

This keeps bothering me, but I haven't the time or heart to get angry over it. I just wish I could formulate a response that would sufficiently convey how upsetting it is.

*sigh*
I apologise for the bluntly worded remarks. But.. my previous attempts at subtlety didn't seem to resonate.

I did, however, fully intend my use of the conditional. Yes, you *could* contribute greatly to this forum. You all appear to be highly articulate, interesting and intelligent individuals.. But, when you largely restrict yourselves to a single thread you are not contributing to the forum as a whole, at least, not very much. Hence why I said "could."

Now this does not apply to some of the regular posters in the SS, a handful have contributed a great deal to this forum. They post in various places and they don't fear actually beginning their own threads.

But *shrugs* It doesn't matter. Maybe at one time I cared, but no longer. Do what you will.

@ DW, If I had the time and inclination to do research to argue amongst those who like to argue, I would. Frankly, no issue that's come up here beyond my own personal ones have provided me with enough reason to actually spend hours I really don't have to do research for an online forum debate. On the other hand, I've lost my interest in spamming for the most part lately. Sub-par spam the past months I'm afraid. :(

Heh we should hang around together far more, Maggie.

Spam is a bit difficult for me this days, since I'm in the need to work sometimes for 12 hours straight, even on saturdays.

Oh well, what can I do?

Seems like all Heathens (except DW :p ) have gotten busy scheduals that might refer to having "a life". Bah.

lol Ik, my own life is actually fairly busy at the moment. And I wouldn't say I'm a Heathen either, given my low post count in this thread :D

Heh, that we should. I know, I only work 6 hour shifts. Still, I walk or ride my bike to work each day, making it closer to an 8 hour shift. Given the whole disability deal, and working and all, it's rough on me and I end up coming home exhausted. :(

Life is tiring.  I have money now though! Well, enough to pay for my bills.
