@Gwalchmai, I'm not surprised that your wife is interested in the 12 step programme.
Although, lately I seem to be restricted to early morning, late night and stealing the odd moment during the day. What an addiction!!!!! Today I was practically begging the partner to take a break so I could have at the computer. Even reminders that it was purchased with a portion of my fellowship had little effect.

The worst of it is when you're walking down the street, and you come across one of those awful brass bands with people in uniform standing out front. They see you, and then they say, "Brother, you've been at a computer spamming, haven't you?" -And suddenly they're all around, praying for you to have strength, and urging you to sign up and take the pledge. It's horrible, I tell you, horrible!

@DW: Our internet at work went out today during my lunch time, and I was so angry. I had written a great post for the story thread, and I was all ready to lurk and spam - instead I was forced to actually work! I hate that!

Hello my name is Darkpoet, and I'm addicted to Spam. When I first came to GB, Weasel told me to spam. When I tried it, I stayed in control, then it took over.

Now, since I have sold everything, even the wife. I live in a shack, by an abandoned silver mine, and drive a 62 VW bettle.

I am not only the Spammers Anonymous President, I am also a member.

I am but a lowly member, who stands in humble awe of the likes of Weasel, Waverly and Brink, Master Spammers all. Their knowledge of the spamming craft leaves me dazed with admiration.

I was in recovery. Today, I had a moment of weakness, and three months of sobriety was shot to hell!
