That's a relief...

Hardest thing I've had to say: telling my Mam I took illegal substances. I found it really easy to physically say but I knew I was destroying her as I said it.

Telling my best friend I didn't love him And, telling one of my best lady friends I couldn't stay by her side any longer because she constantly kept living an abusive and self destrutive life, refused to seek professional help, and used me and another friend as "anxiety relief" by phoning several times each night, talking about her problems. After 1.5 year, I had to tell her I couldn't take it any more
