well i was about 11 or 12 at the time ... tripped up a kid at school for pushing in front of me in a line for something on a concrete playground. He had a couple of days off with a concussion and temporary amnesia(sp?)

I made large bottle rockets and launch them at cars. They stuck in the grills nicely. I even hit a couple police cars.
I torched a kid in science class, gave him 2nd degree burns. Pay back were a b!tch, if someone picked on me, in school.

(Haven't I seen several Shadows on the board lately? )
I'm not sure if this qualifies as "mean", but here goes:
I was a teenager, and I was out with a large group of friends, when we noticed one of the girls had just disappeared. Stupid as I was, I ran away alone looking for her. Two adult men attacked me and pushed me up against a fence, saying they were going to rape me. I of course screamed on top of my lungs, but my friends were too far away to see or hear me. The two guys held my arms and upper body against the fence behind me. Now, what they didn't know, was that I took classical ballet classes 4-5 times a week. I took hold agains the fence, and kicked them in their faces with stiletto heels. No gory details, but they dropped me instantly and I ran like hell.

@Georgi: Yes, I suppose self defence can't really be classified as mean. Hm...then I haven' really done anything mean I have enjoyed. Oh, one thing - somewhat embarraing

We went downtown, the guys in the group had found some paint used for painting signs on the roads (ie very hard to remove), and then we set out for the main prostitution street in town. The guys hid, I and another girls stood in a corner as bait, and when the cars stopped, the guys rushed forward and sprayed a very derogative word on the windshied of the cars. We repeated this a few times.
Oh, naivity of youth...

A mean thing I have done was back when I was in primary school. I put a friend's ruler onto their chair while they stood up so when he went to sit down, he snapped it in half. I don't know what made me do it and he was one of my best friends. He didn't find out who did it though.

Even this wasn't me, exactly (I did rather enjoy it, but I'm a guy) a couple of friends, and myself (I didn't know what was going to happen) Wnet to a catholic school. They had brought a hose. Suffice it to say, "we" soaked most of the grade 9/10 girl population of the school, while they were in uniform (ie. White dress shirts, kilts) It was mean, and I technically didn't do it, but I was involved, somewhat.

This happened in a chat on AIM, well, several actually. It started with me and some friends getting "drunk" in the chat. I got a little too into the part and started flirting big time with everyone in the chat. Without any help from anyone, I was flirting 10, 15, maybe 20 times as much as Georgi and Veh do in a week. Well...this one guy in the chat...who I like as a friend and nothing more...fell in love with me. Then, to get him to back off, I claimed to be purely lesbian...I then had to talk him out of committing suicide...I managed to do so and get him to back off, but that wasn't a fun thing to do...
