I bought Fallout2 from good old games (payed it with paypal) and it works very well on XP, I don't have a reason to complain.

Another option is gametap.com . I played Fallout 1 there, it worked perfectly.

Aye, I second kmonster here and, no, I wouldn't recommend things that I would do myself.
I bought several games from them, all of them payed by Paypal. Never had any problems with any of them, not even a single crash.
