Personally - I wouldn't shift guilds because of that.
It is much more fun being a part of beating thoese areas the "real" way, instead of joining a guild which have them on farm-status.
When I think of the times I've played the initinal fighting in MC, BWL, AQ40 is some of the most fun I had in the game.
I quit the game before Naxramax was released, because my guild went hardcore :( and I wouldn't have been able to dedicate more time which would have been needed for me to continue raiding with them.

Aye, i agree with Xandax, shifting guilds to get a free pass to epixxplixxkkthnxbye isnt a good idea imo, and you might also make other memebers angry if you come and walse through mc and bwl, grabbing loot as you go, when you were not part of the taming of the instance..

I at least have a problem with people who do that. ;)

We killed razzi on second try the third night we fought him, the thing that makes the difference is +hit gear for the mindcontrolling priests. (our previous best try was 51% so the +hit gear worked wonders)

We are still struggeling with anub, best try is 90% or thereabouts.

When BC was released we only had Gothic, Four Horsemen, Saph and obviously Kel'Thuzad left. Was kinda hoping the expansion would be 1 month late so we would have had time to finish Naxx. But now we are going strong in Outland instead. We have about 20 lvl 70s by now so next week we'll probably start going into the endgame instances there.

yes, haks is the last boss in ZG (unless you take him down before killing Jindo or anyone else, but that's getting technical lol). as to your other question: you don't HAVE to kill the lesser bosses to kill hakkar, but have fun on your suicide runs if you don't. from my understanding, each of the 5 (or is it 6?) priests/priestesses will give hakkar a buff during the fight with him UNLESS you kill the lesser bosses. i forget their actual names (my guild jsut refers to them, as im sure most people do, as the animal that they transform into throughout the fight), but the bosses you HAVE to kill (if you want to fight the less-than-godly-hakkar) are the bat boss, the snake boss, the spider boss, panther boss, and tiger boss. personally, i found the bat and snake to be pathetically easy. panther is iffy (i just hated it because i was always the off-tank who was at one of the panther cages... after enough wiping though, i tanked the panther and we killed it on our first try with me tanking :D ). i'd say the hardest of the lesser bosses are spider and tiger.

the other bosses that you don't HAVE to kill are Bloodlord Mandokir, Jindo, and i think it's "The Ring of Madness" or something like that that has a couple lesser bosses in it that you can kill. never did the latter one, myself.

overall, though, Jindo and Hakkar are the hardest 2 in that raid, or at least i thought they were.
