That (skill level caps) is, in part, the reason I want to reach 210. I haven't played anymore since my last update, because I have too much school work to do (next Friday ends the semester).
As you can see from my stats page that I uploaded, my Parry skill is at 20, and modified Parry attribute at 71. I would estimate that I am hit by about 1/3 of melee/ranged attacks (when I'm not blocking, which I have become proficient at doing).
Another goal of mine, which I am going to address once I've completely overcome the strike bug, is to get above 292 speed.
Thanks for the info on modifying enemies. I've never taken the time to learn programming, and didn't have the first clue where to look to find the values I would want to adjust; I actually thought there might be a line in the .exe that would affect all enemies' HP.
No worries about your notes being in German, either. I've never studied German, but I'm pretty good with languages as long as the alphabet is mostly the same. (I'm having some difficulty with Greek and Hebrew right now. Of course, Hebrew brings its own set of difficulties beyond just the alphabet.)
