Give us more arrogant warparties to destroy!
Yes! Yes! Best part of the game! More uppity wannabees to slay! RAAAGGH!
I also liked the fight with the Demon Knight on the bottom of Durlag's Tower. Spent 10 minutes preparing (drinking potions, casting prep spells) and he dispells all of that the moment I charge him!
Most of the Mage battles were also fun, as were all the assassins, the Wyvern cave, and that big guy in the Bandit Camp.

One of my favorite battles is raiding the bandit camp. But I mean go in with guns blazing. Divide your team into two or three groups (at this point of the game, you should know which characters compliment each other well) and send them in from different areas simultaneously. Timing is critical and you must have a plan but you can really lay waste to the camp real fast this way. I find this more fun than luring out your enemies one by one.
The chess match is another great battle.
And for some reason I really like destroying the xvart camp. More to hear them yell and scream than anything

i didnt destroy the bandit camp i joined the iron throne and then killed wuts his name tazok
i disagree the cloadwood mine party thats in front of the mine i just manhandled it wasnt really that fun....but fighting the boss of the mine was hella fun took me 4-5 times to beat him
i couldnt play PnP dnd if you die once its over permanently that would be annoying cuz ive died like 50 times probally
i do agree that fighting humans is the funnest
the battle in front of the nashkel mines was fun and the toughest battle so far
(i beat them by charming there group and split them in half)

Raiding the Xvart camp, though not a big challenge, is quite fun.
Letting Minsc go beserk in the Gnoll Stronghold while the rest of the party stand back and watch is cool. Since Gnolls are his racial enemy, he can destroy armies of them single-handedly.
Facing Bassilus' full army with a low-level party was quite a challenge.
Charging into the Bandit camp and laying waste to it is fun... until you find the lightning trap
Can't forget the party on the third level of the Cloakwook Mines.
Fortunately, I was able to entangle all of Degrodal's Horrors and Stalkers in BG, but it still took tons of ammo to take them out.
The battle in the Helm and Cloak (I think) alongside Gorpel Hind was tough since the opposing mages counted my usual swarm-with-summoned-creatures tactic
Someday I gotta challenge Drizzt and Eliminster...

Drizzt insta-kills low level parties
I had no problems with Sarevok, but Drizzt was too much to handle early in the game. Some day... some day.
Elminster isn't killable. Fired everything I had at him, but didn't make a dent

I just loved the battle with those first three mages on Shandalar's Island (The weird quest from Ulgoths beard to recover a mages cloak).
The sense of satisfaction I got when I finnaly defeated them after 40 or so re-loads (I had a purely level 5 party
).
