Now I am in HotU. What level were you starting HotU. I started at level 13.

I think 20.. going from the original to HotU. I hated the original, but HotU was my favorite of all of the campaigns of NWN to NWN2. (..still, doesn't even come close to BG2. :( ) I'm playing Torchlight right now for the first time.. unbelievably repetitive (with an equipment database that defy's all description and logic). Still, it's got some good-points to it - with real-time battle that seems more "fluid" than any of the D&D games.

I was dissapointed that some of the items in HotU were identical to those in SoU such as dragon slippers.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

They "throw-in" older equipment at the start (usually random generated).

If you're going for Dual-Wield, you should use 2 dwarven War axes, one in each hand. Usually, a single Dwarven War axe will be a slow but deadly weapon. But 2 of them? Thats a completely different matter. With two, You can do extra damage with more speed! great for Fighter/Rangers. If you are a half-orc, you will use both of them even faster than both dwarf and human speed!

Why does half-orc get more speed? I am playing with a shield for: AC, no loss of AB for dualwielding, avoiding specing into dexterity and loading up on strength, and saving feats opening up things like improved knockdown.

Thanks for the advice I am just explaining why I (my character) are (is) doing what they do for the build.

When I used to play with Dwarven Waraxes a crit meant death, but I suppose the other weapons crit more often. I always ignored devestating crit aswell, and this was without weapon master. But then I exploited feats and Keen...
