Lighten up a bit

The link is now in his sig, and he answered my question about where I could get my money. It wasn't exactly the answer I was looking for. But come on, comparing him to Bassie is exagerating just a bit, don't you think?? :(

Posting a link to another forum is breaking the rules, so don't do it anymore.
But it sure ain't the worst link I've seen in the last few days. :(

A "dear dear" member, that got banned a long time ago, so he made a name "BannedBassi" to explain himself - lets just say that Buck didn't view kindly on that (trying to go around a ban is a big no no)

I thought the No No was that he had a titanium plate in front of his head the size of Antartica. Oh well, I could be wrong.

#5 - Please do not spam. We are more lenient <- !!!!!! on spam in the Speak Your Mind forum, but excessive amounts (is 8000 posts excessive?) will not be tolerated.

#6 - Generally (is 7491/8000 generally?), if a thread has no useful content for other members, or may offend someone, don't post it. Let common sense <*choke*> be your guide.

@ROA, you are certainly welcome to post here in SYM, and in any of the other categories on GameBanshee. :) But Buck has made it clear that no advertising messages will be permitted. If you want to add a link to your personal forum in your sig (without an ad), that's fine.

I've edited your opening post to reflect Buck's rules, as a result. If you have a problem with this, please email or PM him. Thanks.

As many of the other members pointed out, ROA, posting blatant advertisements is not permitted here. From the forum rules :

#4 - Advertisements for your website or another forum should not be posted, except in your signature. The only other exception to this rule is if the link is to a page that answers the original poster's question.

An example of the exception would be if someone asked a question concerning Baldur's Gate and you posted a link to a walkthrough on your site that answered it. No harm in that.

Please read through the rest of the rules so you are familiar with them in the future. Thank you.
