Hi Stilgar, I believe I can help you out here. There is a Baldurdash patch which allows you to have All Race Romance which is very neat if you have the hots for Viccy.
They even have a Multiple Romance patch on the same page which allows you to have romances with all three ladies. Talk about a Menage a trois!

Sorry to correct you Stilgar, but Viconia is a possible romance for halflings. I'm 100% sure that a NE evil halfling F/T can romance Viconia with no special patch installed.
or, onyx, just build a half elf male, and sk to female, and you can choose any of the romances, including anoweenie..ick...
and if you want to have phaere flirt with you in the underdark, get the belt of gender, via clua consile or sk, and wear before meeting her...
warning, do NOT cast remove curse before you leave ust nastha for the last time, you will restore your true avatar, and not quite sure if they recognize you...

I thought only humans could romance Viconia.
And that you can't romance when playing a halfling/dwarf/gnome/orc
