I wish I could find out what that that merchant in the Bridge meant by "the usual", though.

I have to agree with Thantor, Aerie is by far the whiniest NPC in the game. Even Noober was less irritating.
I would've thought you'd don that armor after saying noober is less irritating than aerie... there's no way that aerie whines more than noober... noober whines because he's a moron-who-needs-to-be-shown-how-easily-a-magical-sword-can-cut-his-head-in-two, aerie whines because she lost the one thing that actually made her a part of her own race you know... and she stops eventually, so does noober but who can actually listen that twice? not me

and was it neeber who pestered you in Nashkel? he was even more irritating, he didn't even stop the pestering, but continued on and on, even thinking of that a$$hole makes me mad

I think Tashia is indeed my new fav NPC.

Also i should say that i kinda like Hear' Dhalis sometimes. Although he isnt a great NPC in my opinion, i think he has got some good lines.

Also i like Minsc alot. Havent seen him in this thread though. Noone really likes him??

Ohh yeah, Imoen is allways in my party too.

well every NPC can be 'annoying' especially if u deviate from their preferred reputation.. i would vote nalia but i can understand how some people might find over zealous do goodyness mixed with naivety to be somewhat annoying i guess.. vote mazzy..

Korgan! He's almost always in a good mood.

korgan and edwin are the least annoying, korgan is always happy as long as he has some skulls to break with his axe, and edwin, well i experienced that bug that didn't transform into edwina, so i don't know if he's complaining gets irritating, but i've heard it's funny as hell

Korgan is very funny, almost hilarious. I've taken him with me once, but....

P O S S I B L E S P O I L E R..........

... he was constantly arguing with Aerie, which lead Aerie to leave my party all of a sudden, and I to lose many a good staff!! :(

Cheers

My vote lies with Keldorn. He knows how to react to any situation, and his voice has a soothing effect. Overall, perhaps the wisest character in the entire game, far surpassing any other that I have seen thus far. I never commit evil deeds, so I have not experienced his displeasure with any of my choices.

Hey, he even garners the respect of Jaheira at one point. She makes a lousy druid, by the way. In truth, she's not very Neutral in her views at all.

RE:

I second the Korgan vote. :D Perfect burly fighter with enough testosterone and guile yet show color by having a heart when he admits he won't harm children for money. Plus the only Dwarf in game.
