It could be done I think,
I personally find Cernd a very hard NPC to play with, when shapeshifted, he's a rather nice tank at start, but for the more difficult fights, i use him as a spellcaster.

What kind of druid do you play?

so 1 more tank.
That's smart cause there aren't so many druid weapons in the game!

That's very similar to the character I'm playing now, except she's a berserker dualed to a druid. That 1.5 million needed to level up to level 14 is a killer...out of interest why'd you dual at 6?

It's one of the many characters i played through BGI
so i end up using them also in BGII.
See my friend, there was a time when i just had too much spare time and went through BGI one too many times. :D

@ Onyx;
Oh you sound terribly world weary :)

The presure of of modern life can lead to an increase in one's sense of ennui. Plus it really eats into BG time...I mean this is my first time through with a druid! Curse Bioware for making such a replayable game... :D

Sounds interesting.....an all mage party would be rather fun as well. Finding new ways to play the game, along with all the mods makes this game hard to shelf.

Of course, we all HATE Irenicus dungeon...
we cannot have all in life!!!

An ALL mage party, without a single warrior... gotta try!

Best Ever

I thought the Myst (Riven/Exile) series was good .. and then I found Baldur .. It's like hooked me soooooo bad .. given up on tv and any other entertainment for good .. just addicted ...
And then I discover what you all are talking about .. new npcs , sola mods, this pack that pack .. wow the possibilities are soooo endless!!

And yes right o that Dungeon can get boring .. I had to restart several times before I figured out the game a bit .. and figured out how to get myself a strong character to begin with ... so that dungeon I can now play through with eyes closed (tee hee!!)
:p

Even tougher to play would be an all-bard party.

I heared the bard can be soloed, so in that case an all bard party could be done.
As long as you don't install any improved AI or soemthing....

I think every class can be solo-ed and thus every party of 1 type can be done.

I think all fighter (no kit) or all paladin will be the toughest.

Regarding Irenicus' Dungeon

There is no need to replay Irenicus' Dungeon more than wanted. Go through it and save once out of it. Move the saved file to Multiplayer. Move all equipement to Minsc, Jaheira and Yoshimo. Save again. Then start all new games from this file by first deleting the PC, creating the one you want to play, save and move that newly saved file back to Singleplayer. Ready to go.

I just started the Irenicus dungeon to test something out and I've got the ease of use mod running... instead of the usual little speech ('they act sooner..' etc), Irenicus says 'I wanna go to the underdark, I hear they've got some cool stuff there' (like Noober) and teleports away! Cute. :)

Several of the romance globals are set in the Irenicus dungeon, so be prepared to edit those if you're trying to romance a particular NPC and/or don't want to experience a gay/lesbian romance.

Well yes, but only once. If you haven't already got a save after the dungeon, that is.

I will take your word on this. However, I have not experienced a single problem with this technique, even though I've used it numerous times. The only available romance at this stage is Jaheira and her dialogues start upon entering CC the first time.
