Drow Elf,
Neutral,
worshipper of Hecate/Mystra...same thing, ya know...,
Mage/Thief
--------------------------------------------
Now, if I were to attempt to ACCURATELY transfer myself, I'd probably be a surface Elven Bard of some kind, considering the fact that I'm a tall skinny musician....

Yeah, tall skinny musicians unite!! I'm a 6'7" webmaster/banjo picker in reality.
I'd have to go with a Human Ranger, too, if I had NO RELOADS(muwahaaahahahahaha).
I'd prolly want to stay away from most people if it was "real life", considering how easy it is to die in your average encounter/quest/campaign/realm.

i'm a 5'9" 200 pound mean mutha %^#&^#@, but i grew up as an asthmatic nerd with nothing but his brains. so, here i am now...really strong, really smart, and chaotic neutral enough to always be looking for my personal gain, not giving a rat's %$@# who gets in my way

On second thought, I think I'll be multi-class MERCHANT-FIGHTER, and since I just love to hoard items, I'll try and sell them pretty cheap in the beginning so as to steal customers from Ribald, Deidre and Joluv.
Imagine all the benefits:
-As a merchant I'll buy my own land and build a tavern, instead of wandering endlessly like vagabonds most adventurers are.
-As a fighter, I can spice up life by adventuring and also grab loot along the way and replenish my stock.

i'd be a human monk or kensai dual to mage at level 9 so i can grand mastery in katana and 3 slots in dual wield... i think those 2 classes really kick...
the monk is a wicked fighter... natural AC of -4 at level 18... doesn't need armour.. and fist of death is awesome.
though i would wonder why anyone would want to be a full elve or a 1/2 orc. elves are so fragil and puny. and 1/2 orcs are ugly. why u want to be ugly or short??? if u have a choice.
hehehe just my humble opinion

Why would anyone want to be an elf? How about 700 years surrounded by beautiful elven maidens?
I would go for a cleric/mage. As for race, well, those 700 years surrounded by...

I guess I'd be an elven druid.
As I wouldn't like cities that much...
and probably chaotic neutral...

OK, what I'd LIKE to be is a fearless tank of a ranger or something.
Reality check: best option with current abilities and skills would be a mediocre bard (no kit).
Give me a break, and I'd probably opt for a mage/thief multi as my way of staying the heck out of trouble.
How do you rate your own stats? I know for strength just go with weight allowance, think of what sort of load you could carry for a day of trekking.....(yeah, I do that all the time

I will be mage/cleric. I don't want to do anything too physical.

But I am more Jaheira than Aerie, though.

Way to go, Brink! I'd be either a Lawful Good Stalker or (more likely) an Undead Hunter.
@Minerva- are you sure your not more Aerie? It would sure make Weasel happy!

An INT character rather than a STR/DEX. Probably a sorceror or mage.

After playing through Torment,I don't really want to become Lawful Good anymore

.Besides,I'm a fence-sitter

.Fences can be found in the woods as well(Instead of a cabin,I get a fence

Lawful Evil Human Bard
Nothing beats a man in a band, so I will have a party of Bards. Probably own a pub to get drunk cheap. Chicks dig musicians.
And if the girls get cranky with all those drugs and alchol, I can cast silence on them. If I had a fight/brawl in my pub, I will go behind my counter and get my Celestial Fury and Crom Feayar (sp?) and beat the crap out of them.
Any opinions?

As my name tells, I would most likely be an archer. Or some other ranger would be nice too. Neutral good, or maybe lawful good, not sure. bards and paladins are interesting too, but a ranger is number one. Especially the archer.

Definetely a human sorceror, chaotic evil!
Think about it... going through the city... someone's messin' up with you, or tryin' to rob you... you put on stoneskin... and then abi-dalzim's horrid wilting...

Race: that will have to be an elf, 1200 year!! if possible a high-elf if that counts since I am 2 m. Infravision how cool is that that could be lots of fun and also come in handy. Ok there are the funny ears but Plastic sugary these days need I say more?
Class: a sorc. As sorc. grow older there magic grows stronger (1200 years!) and the magic runs within there wains they will not have to memorise spells (suits me fine I hate to read!)A true powerhouse of magic!
Also it is easy to impress kids with magic.
prof: well I guess I only have one in each so it will be darts (I like to throw things at people) and staff since I will be wearing the staff of magic from the twisted rune. That staff will make me invisible. Invisible and infravision...the nabo-daughter will not sleep easy muhahahaha.....hmm sorry.
ohhh and boots of speed would be nice!
