Well, since my char. is level 16 now, Goden Saints appear quite regulary, at least at some spots. One of then is the tomb just north from Caldera. So i have almost stopped to trap Winged Twilights, waste of good gems
If only to enchant some sword. Ebony comes quite often, 1-handed though. Daedric - only short (daggers, tanto, shortswords), no armor.

like i said, go to tel brannora, and therannas tower up at the very top...the only reason anyone wants to meet saints is to loot them, and dremora have better loot, and you meet a bunch in every daedric shrine at level 20 or so, so the only reason is to soul trap them, and the spell and enchanting will take care of all your needs...

OK-I havent played all the games you talk about-So I cant make an opinion first hand. Heres the impression that I get from the people I talk to about each of the games.
Morrowind(The game I play)-I find it a very fun game and it doesnt get boring. The world is large and you can mold your character into an evil bandit or a holy warrior or anything in between. I, personally, played BGII for a very long time and it is the best rpg, bar none. But I found that Morrowind, though very different gameplay from BGII, is just as addicting as BGII.
Pools of Radience-I havent heard a whole lot about that game. The people I have talked to about it said it was an immense disappointment, but I wouldnt be able to give you my opinion because I have not even seen the game in action
Neverwinter Nights-I watched it being played-People say that it is a good game, but not as great as the hype played it out for. I have heard that 1 player style lacks the gameplay addictiveness that BGII had. Ive heard that the best way to have fun with this game is through multi-player. There were many different levels in which this game could have reached a peak but it just didnt have the depth that it could have had. So I think this is a moderate dissapointment, though, you will still have fun playing it for a while.
So my personal recommendation is Morrowind
