@Rob: I'm already trying to do the first, and no I won't do the 2nd. But thank's for the advice anyway...
@Vicsun: NOW we're getting creative... Keep it up, we might hit something
viable...

@DW...LMAO....*HUG* Great advice LOL.....
1. Do NOT 'diet'. but rather eat a healthy and ballanced diet as your habit.
and
2.Get moving: ( I too recomend the aerobic benifits of "sheet-surfing" )But when you do, make it a lifestyle thing. Get up, turn off the TV, and go play frizbe with the dog, hike around the lake, go rock climbing, pump iron, take up SCUBA, learn to Two Step, build that deck out back.play touch football with the co-eds at a local college on the weekends.......
@Scayde: re (1) - see my reply to Rob...
re (2) - I
HAVE tried nearly everything you listed - except SCUBA diving - but that's on my "to do" list. - BUT I'm working 8 to 5 - PLUS commuting 1 hour in each direction and I want to see my children
before they're asleep.... that leaves me with weekends for sports - and that'S where "housework" sets in... (swimmingpool, gardening...) . I just can't keep up a regular schedule for working out - because I can't make the time for it without cutting down on something
I LIKE DOING WAAAAY MORE. Any ideas ?

You'll have to resist the appeal of endless fast food chains and their commercials wherever you go.
@fable: No problem here. Fast Food has no appeal for me. Hell, I don't even like
frozen food. I've worked for a local frozen food company - and I KNOW how (and with WHAT) they're producing their junk...

... and I've looked into enough kitchens of fast food chains to know what I DON'T like. My problem is more that I like eating more than I like exercising...
And then there's of course
the local specialities

...
@Phantom Lord: I'm sorry for you...but that's not an option for me - the same goes @DW - I have my share of stress (I'm a stress-eater BTW...) - and that's mostly why I don't find the time for exercising....
@All: I thank you all for your comments, and please keep it up - if nothing else I'm using you guys (and the gorgeous gals of course

) for moral support...
No worries,
Beldin
