No, I missed 1998 too...in fact, I have no memorey of the years 1992-1999. Too bad too, cause I bet they were great years :D

No. No they werent. The Redskins managed to find the cellar of the division, while the Cowboys came from the cellar and became the most dominating team in the NFL since the 49ers of the 1980's.
