Oh BTW, if you're working with teh tool set alot and upgrade to patch 1.28, make sure you download the fixed toolset from biowares webpage......

I was just reading about that. Not sure if I'm being dim but since I don't use the toolset is there any need to get it? The post on the NWN site talks about having to do stuff to get 1.29 working when it comes out. Right so if I DON'T use the fix can I still upgrade to 1.29 when it comes out with no problems?

The way I understand it is that inorder to take away those resref messages when deleting scripts from NPC's you have to change your version of the toolset to the one you can download in my link above. You do however also have to revert back to the not functioing version when you later upgrade to 1.29 for compatability reasons. If you however don't use the toolset for anything you don't have to do anything at all......

I have not seen any real differences between the two versions, but I haven't been playing the new version long, so I don't know.

There are quite alot of people who report severe calculation bugs in v1.28. I don't know if this is common or just that the ppl who have the prob keep on posting in the Tech forum on Bioware....... I for one have had no difs with 1.28....
