The trick is to leave the Jade Figurine as it is (It summons an Astral Hound? Ok, fine).
Then you override the Astral Hound creature file (you have to tell SK that you want to be allowed to override .CRE files in the option windows before), and save it in your override folder.
Then SK will let you open the .CRE file and edit it in the creature browser.
The mysterious powers of the original astral hound come from his paw item, I replaced it with a vampire claw item, and it gained some of the powers of a fledging vampire.
(Unfortunately I can't remember all the item and file names off the top of my head right now)...

@Taco Magus: I think Indra is just telling that since Viconia does not serve Lloth anymore, but she fears that goddes instead, she is now likely to show hate and fear towards spiders, which are ideally the servants of Lloth. So, she would not love to use the Khittix figurine ... even if Khittix does not *really* attack her in the game

sorry, serje, if i had seen your original posts i would have given you specific directions on editing cre files...6 months ago, to see if i could, i gave a rabfam.cre file, the rabbit familiar the avatar of a red dragon and demogorgon weapons...it munched thru illych and company, and it was really funny to see your familiar rack up a higher kill stat than your party...

no, but his fleas do 10d6 poison damage, gives you diseases, and makes you itch all over...as per the wildmage effect...

i sorta got tired of cre file hacking...using enhanced bun bun technology...patent pending by jan janssen, i could give them perm improved haste, uber backstabbing with demogorgon claws, and other obscene bonuses...too easy..bun bun is much harder to make..

Hey, I was just looking for an appropriate, "powerful yet balanced" pet for Viccy
(Well, as "balanced" as Improved Kitthix at least)
No demogorgon paws for me anyway, thanks... I'm happy with my present green Houn-Of-Tindalos clone!

Still, I would like to put it somewhere in the game, not to just "assign it to Viconia" or CLUA.
Any ideas? Where should it belong?
