Yes, all three games (Fallout 1 & 2, Arcanum) are singleplayer. The first two are necropolis, post-nuclear holocaust RPGs, while the latter attempts to mix magic and science in something that resembles mid-19th century England. The first two are better balanced, and have better interfaces.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
