They could also have some giants like fire giants. Also some demon lords and their minions. Maybe u could participate in war. The whole map area would be covered with the firendly army and the enemies. A war between the drow and surface elves and you fight for a certain side depending on your alignment. A draco lich would be cool. Its worth the xp of the dragon + some more. More species of dragon? I've seen a pic of a blue dragon. Green dragons, yellow dragons, wyrms, a deep dragon?(its not that powerful but it would be fun)</STRONG>
Well, ye were right 'bout the giants, the demon lord, an' partially 'bout the armies. Too bad we nay faced a multiple dragon fight. I would've loved one o' those.... :(

An' I still think they should've put in a Dracolich.....

But i don't think the cult of the dragon operates in Amn and Tethyr. Too bad. They're all in the north.

The problem with multiple dragon fights would be that you'd need an uber-computer...Mine has 192 RAM and still lags at Draconis or Abazigal...

Since reading about the tarrasque in highscool, I've been wondering about how to actually defeat one within the parameters of the AD&D rules. Despite it strengths and magical resistances, the tarrasque is a still creature of nature, and bounded by nature's laws. Consequently, the tarrasque is vulnerable to one particular 7th-Level druid spell: Reverse Gravity. IIRC, the spell ignores magic resistance and, more importantly, weight and mass. Now this makes sense because gravity ALREADY affects all living beings that walk upon the surface of the world, and the tarrasque is one such creature. If a tarrasque were to enter an area under the effect of a Reverse Gravity spell (or if a druid were to center the spell on it), it will ascend thousands of feet into the sky and come crashing down with the force of a meteorite. The first impact will surely stun it, but the druid may cast the spell again, and again, and again, suffering about 200 hp damage each time, until its hit points are reduced to -30, whereupon a Miracle spell could be used to seal it fate, thus affirming the old adage - the bigger they are, the harder they fall.

I wonder if some 12GB RAM thingy would not lag... I have a not-so-fast PC, but get only double the lag that people get with a PC that's 10 times as fast. The Infinity Engine just seems built to lag :D

Excellent point :) I doubt that, with the enormous variety of spells that AD&D boasts by now, that there wouldn't be a couple of alternatives as well. How about a kamikaze wizard teleporting inside the creature's skull? The wizard could be resurrected or Wished back...
