I hate the wizard staff I had to buy.. 1 pt of Levitate for 120 seconds.. That is so annoying.. is there a way to get rid of the spell on you?

I think dispel would work, but I've never used the spell on account it doesn't work on destruction spells so I never thought I'd use it.

No I just lost all my info on vampires on morrowind, but I remembered that I posted something about it here on this site, so I went through this thread.
But I think I'd like to know how dispel worked, exactly.

dispel takes off all magical effects besides destruction, unless the effect is constant effect, for example if you have shoes with CE waterwalk and cast dispel you will still have waterwalk BUT if some one uh, uh, casts waterwalk on you? then you can do dispel and it takes the magical effects off... its good for when you need to sneak and you still have levitate going, UHG....

Back to the original question... If you want more mana, just enchant things with CE. I did it about at your lvl. You don't really need a too high enchant, just an alchemy at about level 40.
Just go to the Imperial Shrine in Sadrith Mora and buy loads of Bloats and Ash Yams. Then make them into Fortify Intelligence Potions. Make like 5 first, then eat them, (you will get more intelligence then, and you will have a higher rate of success, and your potions will also be better) then make 5-10 more and eat them, and continue like this until you get around... 5000 - 6000 Intelligence. Seems really really high, but it's really easy to get. You can then enchant things without failing!
Well, I enchanted 2 CE stuffs in a row atleast, and I also made 2 amulets (without CE) without failing too. Well, I made some more potions (like 100) for next time I'm gonna enchant things.
Ended up with like 100++ options of Fortify Intelligence. (Fortify Intelligence 225 pts for 763 secs
.)

Bloodthroe and i4v02v95i5p09k9,
Please Keep your posts on topic. Using only emoticons makes others have to scroll down to see the useful posts.

Gee, I think we went off topic by the time the second page came around.

Bloodthroe, it doesn't matter when you start using emoticons only; as long as you do, people will have to scroll through them needlessly, and I'm simply asking you to post real messages in the future.

You're right...
@everyone
I'm sorry I forced your hand into the incredible pain in scrolling down a page, but I don't think I'll be able to control myself in the future. In a side note, this whole conversation between me and Apple has taken up much more room then the emoticons.
...talk about going off topic.

Thank you for the apology, and you're right, it's veered off topic.
