Oh, so that's what "tool-tip delay" means.

But seriously, how is someone supposed to know something like that without being told? I sort of figured out what "tool-tip" means just by accident, and it wasn't what I originally thought. (No rude comments, please.) Are we supposed to be born with that kind of knowledge?

I bought the Collection edition too. Take a look under your install folder (I believe default is C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA). You should find a file called "Baldur's Gate 2 manual.pdf". Take a look at that - it has a lot of information on Baldur's Gate itself, plus in the back is all the D&D tables for the different attributes (Str, Dex, etc).
