According to his posts, the Dragon is already dead (and thus not his problem)
They are attacked by 1 or 2 (depending) Hill giants. Towards the end of the fight, another hill giant will appear above the entrance ready to throw a bolder down on the PCs.
Aren't hill giants kinda tough for 4th level chars?

CL of 7. Were a group of 6 fourth level characters (Each has an ECL of around 6, so it'll work out. If not, they're gonna die! lol. It's all in the gaming bro! lol
