Here's a fun ish item

LOngsword randomizer

(insert ominous music here)

-each turn randomly lower one stat by one and raise one sta by one

each strike 10% chance randomizer is a normal weapon

20 % randomizer is a +1 weapon
20 % randomizer is a +2 weapon
20 % randomizer is a +3 weapon
20 % randomizer is a +4 waepon
5% randomizer is a +5 weapon
3% randomizer is +6 weapon
1% randomizer is a +7 weapon
1% randomizer is a +8 weapon

on every 500th hit if target is a dragon it is killed with no save

on ever 500th hit weiler must save vs death or take lose half total health

-insert any other random type effects

fun sword to play with i think

always hits as a +1 weapon.

Ignores ANY and ALL combat protections on the creature it strikes. It does not dispell them, however.

Removes a spell at random from target's memory each hit, and does damage equal to that spells level.

Damage: 2D4
Weight: 15
speed factor:6
Proficency Type: Bastard Sword
Type: 1-handed
Requires 16 strength

This wand may be used once a day, it summons a strom giant that will poke the enemy into subbmission

Idiyen: I like that longsword. Not many Wizard Slayers out there.

The belt of the protector isn't too bad, but I'd limit it to +1 AC or remove the AC bonus...or it should be really hard to get.

If not for Crom Faeyr it would be balanced with the Str belts as is.

Yeah!!!

A sword which produces a 10% chance of a random spell effect on a successful strike.

It might heal, cast silence, cast cloudkill, summon a monster, etc...


I'd also like to see many more varieties of magical missile weapons.

For example, there should be arrows of slaying for all different creature-types as well as unique bundles of projectiles which have been enchanted to cast a specific spell effect on a successful strike (a bit like the Sunstone Bullets).

Arrows of Feeblemind

Ever since I realized my archer has a FULL backpack of arrows and can eat through 40+ in a single fight, I wanted to see this:

Quiver of everlasting arrows (+1 +2 +3, whatever)

It fits in the ammo slot and provides unlimited arrows. Or for a quiver +X unlimited +x arrows.

I didn't mean that a character would get ALL the bonuses, just the class specific ones.

Kidding, i was only half serious, but thinking about it, it could be balanced by having the sword powered off a characters HP. A character could loose 10% of their HP per day till they reach 50%, after which the sword would become just another + 5 long sword without the class specifics, untill the character raised their HP to full again.... The fact that the blade confers magical resistance would also reduce the effectivness of magical healing spells and potions.

This would provide a very powerful sword with a potentially very damaging downside.

Alternativley, how about a sword the complete opposite of Crom Fayer for the evil characters? (not that i play evil!)

Use the Infinity Add-on patcher I explained earlier to import it into the game.Then In the game use this line:
