Well since Imoen's capture the only traps I've encountered I've been able to walk around or just take with a grain of salt. I got a bad draw on bhaal spawn abilities with no draw upon holy might. But I did take Knock as one of Kelsey's spells. I'm not too fond of some of his lower level spell picks, but I'm gonna do my best to refrain from changing them. Level 2 is such a crucial level for sorceror spell picks and when the preset ones are just unacceptable it makes for tough going. I'm not too happy with some of the level 1 picks either, and I can work with fireball instead of skull trap. I'll probably end up doing some switching around of spells, but I'll see how it goes for a while before I go and do anything drastic.

If you wanted a great Sorcerer with a nice spells selection : Tashia's spell selection is really great (But I prefer Kelsey for RolePlaying)

Well I don't have TOB which IIRC is required for the Tashia mod. The spell picks i'm not happy with are Burning Hands, Blur, Glitterdust, and Fireball. The ones which I would have chosen would be Identify, Web, Mirror Image, and Skull Trap respectively.

Blur is not bad (-3 AC can't hurt) but for the rest I agree with you. I say you should SK him and take the spells you would have chosen. It's can't be considered cheating...
