Not sure what this thread takes into comparisment, but does it matter anyway??

It matters, cause regen does not stack with each other, but sanchuu + regen ring or gaax + regen + sanchuu, they stack.
No mod, no sanchuu, and no multiple ring using.

Sanchuu stacks? That's something new to me... You're sure??
Anyway, you're right though, regeneration items do not stack.

AFAIK, it stacks. But I can be wrong... Have you noticed sanchuu has a different script for regeneration? It is not affected by imp haste (at least I havent noticed that).
True or false:
Throwing spears have the same speed and range as default longbow.

Are there other throwing spears?

No, there aren't. Item Upgrade and Tactics add some throwing spears to the game.

False because single weapon applies to weapons equipped without a shield, not with. Read the single weapon style description.

There is but one spear with Longbow range, not speed (the upgraded spear of the unicorn, if I'm not mistaken) so yes, false.
True or False: Protection from evil stacks with itself in the non modded version of the game?

False, Protection from Evil never stacked.

protection from evil stops evil creatues noticing/attacking you unless you attack them. it does not stack.
True or False: the resistance bonuses from the Flail of Easthaven stack with the 90% resistance of the rat form from the cloak of the sewers.
@link_542: a bit late on the uptake buddy

however i have seen it written that they DO in fact stack. however, i have never seen it implemented, so my sources were wrong
[EDIT]
This Page on Planet Baldurs Gate is where i got that piece of info. but it can't be right can it? UU?

False. Shapeshift abilities do not stack with item abilities.
Btw: is it true that PfE stops evil creatures from attacking you? I thought it only gave them a -2 Thac0 / saving throws penalty and you a +2 AC bonus. If it's true, that explains why the lich in the city gates didn't attack my bard. I thought that was from the Prot.f.Undead scroll.

Stops a few demonic creatures (that you summon, usually improved enemies summon critters immune to it).

As far as I know, pro-evil stops only cacofiend, fiend, and gate spell creatures from noticing/attacking you. Other monsters, if evil, may still attack you, but would suffer the -2 penalties from the spell.

True.
True or False: Bards cannot cast spells over level 8.

Of there own, Bard's are limited to level 6. But they can cast spells from scrolls of higher level I believe. So, sorta both.

pro evil only stops summoned demons and devils. shape shift keeps some item effects not all.

In AD&D - maybe, with a very lucky/bad roll
In BG2 - no, everything has fixed HP values.

Once i was in the troll lair in Druid Grove and one of the trolls there, had so many hp, that we counted it afterwards.. It was about 600.. It was unpatched
