You can't enchant a Bound Longbow, however, although with its CE fortify marksman you don't need to.

Arrows fly right if your target is on the same altitude as you. You will not have much problems if you're shooting from above, either. It is only when you are shooting at things up the hill, in the sky (damn cliff racers...) or very, very far away that you need to aim high.

Missing target

Well, I really don't care if I miss or not. Just load up with arrows, that's my strategy.

And using Markmanship in Close combat... scary... I survived against a Winged Twilight with Markmanship, but it was very VERY close.
