Only way I know of to become both a Redoran and Hlaalu is to first join House Redoran and then kill that other high-status Hlaalu guy to automatically be ranked as councilman of Hlaalu. Is this what you have done aswell or have you encountered some new kind of glitch?

i joined hlaalu first became grandmaster and then i joined house redoran when i was becoming hortator for house redoran

You can't join more than one Great House. At least that's how it's supposed to be and how it would be without certain glitches. However, I'm 100% sure that you can't join House Telvanni in any way if already a member of either Redoran or Hlaalu.
Houseless people should speak with one of the Telvanni Mouths in Sadrith Mora to become a Telvanni.

im guessing it wont work but i cant find the mouths anymore i saw them once in a different file that i joined them in but cant find them now

take the boat to Sadrith Mora, and when you arrive there, look to your left.
If the settings are right, you should be able to see a big orb-like building; that's the council house of House Telvanni.
Just climb over the rocks and jump onto the bridgepath leading to the door...
Enter, and go through the door right in front of you...

ok i tried it, i went into tel naga (in sadrith mora) and looked everywhere(i think) so i dunno what to do

Um they are up in the council something or other, either way its this big room with all these ppl and a big mother of a crystal in the center

It's a completely different building from Tel Naga, one that is next to the Sadrith Mora docks and quite hidden.

edit: well i found where you join house telvanni but they said i wasnt allowed to join cause im in house hlaalu(and redoran but they never said that) but atleast im in 3 great houses(the 3rd is the nerevarine's house)
