I don't know if it is a guarantee that Obsidian is going to work on BG3, although they would be my pick for it, yes.

Writing a *really* big patch for Bloodlines?
Their next projext is a project is as yet unnanmed, but it is rumoured to be a post-apocalyptic RPG. (At least that's what I have heard.)
