Cut the sarcasme - it is a perfectly legit consideration.
Especially when looking at:

I'm sorry, but when you buy a game, there are normally very strong tell-tell signs about which language it is in.
A good rule of thumb is that games bought in major european countries are translated into that country langauge.
And if you purchase such items in a forieng country - maybe asking the store first would be a pretty good help as well.
Cut the wise stuff Xandax, I asked the store, what's more, I'm gonna scan in a picture of the back of the game just so you can read it and weep. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v118/ ... f/Back.jpg See? No where does it say it's in Italian. But I always ask the clerk, are you implying i'm stpuid or something? And even if the clerk did tell me it was in italian, what am I supposed to do about it? I can't order an imported game from UK or US without it costing my the skin off my ass. So, thanks to *good* people like Drakosha here, I can buy the game just like anyone else, and enjoy it in english cause I know there's someone like him to pass me the dialog.tlk. Amazing how companies add 10 or 20 bucks extra, just for little thing like the dialog.tlk heh.

Erm... Adahn... the whole text on that package is... Italian?
So what on earth made you confident in the conclusion that the game wouldn't be?

Sure, "chances are"... but thats just chances. After all, I've never seen a major game title where the package was in a foreign language but the game itself was (only) english. The only thing that is guaranteed in such a context is that you'll have a language version that complements the package language. Except when visibly&explicitly stated otherwise, of course.

Anything beyond that... well... sure, there's always a fair chance that they also include the english original text so you can -also- have english, but hey, that is an extra - not a given. So, it's nothing you can rely on in advance.

Heck, I don't want to further this argument even more... but that's what I think. I also think it's ok that you have the tlk file sent to you... but I don't think that you're in any position to complain. =/

I guess you're right, i'm just whining here. Well, be that as it may, I would be incredibly grateful if any of you would send me hehe... (I know i'm annoying), the other dialog file for female characters.
