Considering the Fact that Yoda was about 700 years (can't remember and it's sound totaly insane).

Well, actually, what he said was over 800 years. But even so, it probably did take 20 or so years to become a Jedi Knight, however much else to become a Master, and then god knows how much more before he became part of the council. So, yeah, pushing 4 digits sounds reasonable for Yoda's age. But again, you don't know how long a non-Jedi of his species would live or how they'd look at that age.
