Ok I changed to a fighter/mage/thief. How many profiency points will i be able to spend? I wanted to get katana and war hammer later on

Well i just killed the dragon in windspear hills. Took me a few tries but i eventually did it
my lvls are 10/11/13. It would of been much fast if i had contigency and if i had more traps, i have only 3.
