A useful hint: when you have a mouse with more than one button, assign "spellcasting" to an easy to reach mousebutton like the mousewheel. It'll make your life a lot easier. I have a mouse with 6 additional buttons of which 3 are very easy to press, so I've mapped "Ready Weapon", "Cast Spell" and "Jump" to those.
