@Oozae: OMG you must have a huuuuge desk
@DW: you have a Tarot deck? Wow! I'm impresed
At work:
- computer on the right side with a bmw ad, offical paper sizes for plotting and exact name of power supply sections of the main tram line of the city stuck on it
- a calendar (looks exactly the same as the one at home)
- on the left: a paper-rack
- a binder
- a paper-box with plans rolled up in it
- a cd case
- a phone
- a tape measure hiding under the paper-rack
- and a yellow mug

Nope, but the one corner has a raised area that used to be a monitor stand, so that tends to make more efficient use of space (now I have a flat panel which I presently have seated on my French - English dictionary)

Hmm.. well it might be spam
But briefly, I use the Haindl deck, here are some examples of cards in the deck:

I don't know how familiar you are with tarot, but often a deck will draw you, and for me it was this one.
If you want to talk about tarot though, PMs or email might be a better bet, otherwise the mods might send us off to Buck's Dungeon or something equally frightening

On my left. A stack of assorted CD's, music and otherwise and a set of head phones.
On my right. A small fan, its summer here and when I'm forced indoors it becomes a necessity. There's also a few computer manuals piled carelessly behind the fan.
In front (i.e. above and behind monitor) A calendar reminding me that the week is far from over... *sigh*

And you swap keyboards when you want to type in French?
Does it really help? I think it makes it even harder to type since you have to get used to a different arrangement of the keys...

Since my desk can barely handle my original 19 inch viewable monitor (its about the size of a small buick pickup) I have cd's outside their cases littered all about. My alarm clock to the right... set 11 minutes fast. I have a lighter, my watch, a pen.. an old lotto ticket... a new scratcher. Some tape, some elmers glue... floss! I just found floss. Now these are all located beneath the monitor on the table... now directly to the right of that is a bunch of empty beers. I've been drinking. To the left of my moniter is my pc.. my headphones and some old dead hard drives.
To my left is a framed picture of a drawing my best friends son drew me, my nephew by rule off I've known steve too damn long. In front of me is an old poster I dont care for, KOTOR2 or something.. just smething I threw up. I used to have a large ass banner for the REDSKINS in here but it is now covering up holes put in the wall of my living room during my drunken birthday blowout last week.
