i think that would be better. palpatine should be at least yoda's level, if not slightly above. why else could he and darth destroy jedi masters so easily? als o he must be more powerful than vader (20% more powerful according to GL)

well if you want help with a consular then you will probably want to know whether dark side or light side is stronger in the game. i guess we did go off topic, but to clarify, i think in the game that the dark side route is slightly stronger for ac onsular i.e. force specialist and the light side stronger for a melee specialist, although just about any build can be made to dominate the game completely.
Yeah, anyone can become dominant. Dark side consulars (or Sith Lords) are much more powerful than Light side consulars (or Jedi Masters). I have just completed as a Sith Lord, and managed to kill Sion 4 times without getting injured the first 3 times. Force Insanity then just a few force crushes mixes with lightning and he died easily. With Jedi Master, you would have to cast enlightenment which only boosts your physical strength. Light side have no offensive powers what so ever, the only thing they can use is force wave and that isnt a light side power and is not as good as storm or crush. With darksixde, you dont need the physical power boosting force powers, you can fight on the force alone. For my consular, I equipped 2 lightsabres for maximum crystals. The only reason I had the sabres is because my crystal and kasha gave me wisdom modifyers. I only used any weapons apart from the force on Peragus and Telos before I was powerful enough to reign on force powers alone.
1)As for investing feats on cross class skills, don't waste the feat. You can get much better feats to help you like conditioning or armor proficiency for the extra head sets and implants you can get along with conditionings saving throws.
Security is pretty much useless anyway, I have 1 in security and it opens pretty much all locks and if it doesn't, I just use a mine to blow it open which doesnt damage it atall. High demolitions are very useful in this game instead of security.
This next bit is mainly for darkside but it does work for light if you have force wave.
2)Get dual lightsabres so you can have maximum crystals and get the crystals with wisdom modifyers like kasha, your personal and i think that antarres saphire has it as well.
3) The only use of the weapon is lightsabres for the crystal modifyers. Wisdom in crystals is very useful.
4) It would be nice to check out both sides as consular, but dark side is alot stronger if u want to reign on force powers alone. Light side means you have to use weapons as well which means more feats to learn wih your limited number which could be used to et the conditioning feats.

My dark side consular goes all the way to eleven!
But seriously, I played through as a light side consular/master and found it to be very fun. The TorturedOne and Dead! posted all the stuff I did or followed and it worked out well.

Hmm, then maybe the opponent should have gotten a bonus to their saves rolls against it. Summin like, + 10.

so can storm.I actually prefer force wave to force lightning because of the stun factor. Also force wave can kill baddies in the next room too.
Sotorm is more powerful as well, when I played light side, I wanted to keep wave all the way through but then once i saw that 1 storm does 80 damage to each opponant on average, I thought it was better.
He can actually do 300 damage each when my lightside jedi master decides to dish out the pain. With my two jedi guardians (handmaiden+Bao) guarding his delicate behind, no-one can even touch me!!!
maybe I should try out a character with a massive charisma stat next time. I hear it should make my allies more accurate!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
But, to be honest, my skills do suck. My plan is however to just add a skill point to each skill class (even cross-class skills) and just carry around equipment to boost my skills when I need them. it works. But by now I don't need any equipment.
Equipment hunting is pretty testing but its worth it in the end.

Adjatha, I think that Master Valor only increase your Strength, Dexterity and Constitution but not Inteligence, Wisdom and Charisma. It said in description of Master Valor that it increase physical attributes and saving throws.

It affects all stats, cos i use it when upgrading t3 to get him fully upgraded as it adds to your intelligence which increases the modifiers on comp use and repair.

I was just wondering, in order to put my jedi to the test:
Are there any Bosses in the game against which certain forcepowers won't work, because of the bosses massive save bonus?
I'm thinking kill won't work against the final boss, cause that would just be tooo weird, killing the boss in two moves.
