Neh, it gets boring after a while. Wouldn't want to pee everyone off with my constant grunting (at least that's what my girlfriend sez... Image).

Did you read the thread with that guy shouting at people about how to include his sig? "Everyone in hell is crazy so no-one notices-or-whatever".

Pfaff.

Actually, its the guy that started this thread.

Wouldn't it be more corregt, right, adequate or whatsoever, to post the stats WITHOUT the enhancing items? Anyone who has walked through the game (even the early stages) knows that you can get early the bloody ring bla bla bla.

Just the facts ma'm

I'm sorry, but some of those stats must be fake. After rolling for a few hours, hitting a total of 90 is great, never mind hitting a 100, which is virtually impossible!
Also, I never imported my BGI character. Wanna know why? Because, after a good 150 hours of playing BGI, I was phuckin' sick of him!
But if you wanna know, I finished BGI once (yes, just once, I thought that was enough) and these were my end stats, equipment bonuses included:
STR 19
DEX 18
CON 19
INT 10
WIS 15
CHA 22
It was a paladin, and later on I regretted playing one, because of Ajantis.

Now, here's my BGII character for the first time through:
It's a ranger imported from a lttle while in BGI. A second time which I never finished.
STR 20 (Girdle of SGS)
DEX 19 (it used to be 20, but I chose the phucking good path in Hell!)
CON 15
INT 16 (it used to be 17, but I chose INT to sacrifice in Candlekeep!)
WIS 17
CHA 21 (Ring of Human Influence + Nymph Cloak + Helm of Glory)

Now here's my monk from my (still going on) second time through BGII:
STR 18
DEX 18
CON 18
INT 15
WIS 18
CHA 3 (I ain't usin' the ring! I'm playing evil!)

BTW monk kicks @$$! He wears Keldorn's armor (I needed the ring to put it on...) so his AC is really low!

Pope, what do you mean about the ring, the monk and Keldorn's armor? Spoil me, please Image

Yes it was a 3 hour roll-sesh in BG1 and get greedy with the tomes. Started with 97 - split 18/18/18/18/7/18. Tried low Charisma first but couldn't afford anything at the start and had to re-roll again - first time only took me an hour Image

But where's the tomes in BG2?? Seems odd that there are none at all.

Pope hasn't answered my very important question. Well, if someone has some info on that (if Monk can wear some armor of any kind - namely Keldorns) and what has it got to do with a certain ring (?) please be so kind and reply.

BTW I think that having a TOO strong character (like Weasel's and some others I saw here) spoils all the fun of the game.

I have to agree with you Ubik any kind of enhanced char...either imported with great stats or tweaked in anyway takes away from the game... at least for me...some others may have a god complex...i personally like the challange of defeating foes without "extra" help more than what i get through game play in "BGII" or a straight import without enhanced stats...

Undead Hunter
Str 17, Dex 16, Con 17, Int 12, Wis 13, Cha 17 (started from scratch, no scores ever modified). I never played BGI. No wonder I struggled through BGII with such low scores compared to you guys.

I was lucky! 3rd roll I've got almost 18 to int, put it down to three, all my others were good from the start, plus 15 to spend, very lucky!
