There is also the ring of regeneration, somewhere after the Asylum Chapter can't remember specifically Image

You can always pickpocket Ribald (Adventurer's Mart) for one ... or Kangaxx the Lich as he emerges from his Tomb, for an additional Ring of Gaxx.
