You can always pickpocket Ribald (Adventurer's Mart) for one ... or Kangaxx the Lich as he emerges from his Tomb, for an additional Ring of Gaxx.

And you can pick Kangaxx' pocket before he turns hostile, and get yet another ring of gaxx
