Cheater
.
Personally, when I started facing off against cyclops single-handedly I decided to call it a day.
Battle Squares is available for a long time though, despite the long hike back, so it may be worth taking it on later. There is good treasure and XP available after all.

No prob. with that.... Just wondering why that weapon didn´t work on them as it works on Apocalyptic Boneguard... I thought that greater Werewolves are tough, but they were quite easy actually

I think it is Greater WolfWeres that are supposed to be the tougher ones

No matter... they all fell, no matter how tough
annoying ones were the Greater Feyrs and Glabrezu as they kept teleporting to attack the rest of the group in the room they were.... Sometimes their bodies didn´t wanish after killing them, so my battle square character did not get his square because of that.. EXTREMELY annoying

wait! i don not remember this good, but have you killed the "ghost" sister?
there is one of them that kills herself, and start attacking you as a ghost. to kill her, you have to become etheral(in the golem room with battle squares), and the kick her ass. you sure you have done that?
Edit: oobs! did only read page 1 when i posted this

Yeah... The problem has been solved and I´m already in next chapter, but thanks for all the advices and interest to give them
By the way.. is it mentioned somewhere in the game or how should a player know what to do???

I don't think its explicitly mentioned. But, if you question Mr. Nicodemus he tells you the function of the battle square chamber: repair of the lightning thing, the b-square challenge, and the inner sanctum mode...
Personally, I had pulled all the levers at random...done all sorts of things at random and discovered I was in inner sanctum mode and priests and bears couldn't hurt me...
It was kind of annoying because the priests ran and switched the mode off each time (and I rather like killing better than running around...).
so then when Oria ghost attacked me I knew what trick she tried to pull...
Oh and I think she taunts you "I am in inner sanctum mode. You cannot hit me"

Aww, poor cyclops (cyclopsi?) can't even fit through doors
Arrow Arrow Arrow Arrow. Whack Whack Whack (two handed weapon). DEAD.
See.... I have done the b-squares the old fashioned way but it just wears me down for the rest of the game and I consider reloading when you don't get a nice monster kind of cheating anyways...
PS is it cheating in the stupid forrest when I hit x or z or whatever to find out what area I am in (and then draw a map)?

nah, drawing a map in Fell Woods isn't cheating. Blame the designers for putting it in.
That's a pain, though. It's worth spending 10 skill points or so on Wilderness Lore just for that area.

I would do the same if I hadn't got a strategy guide to refer to
.
See,
that's cheating.

You know I have a strategy guide, Myro. That's how I'm able to help you. If you don't like it go elsewhere

Good luck on the Battlesquares and the rest of the game Darkwind.

Thanks man
Wandering Village is funny by the way.. Some characters have finnish names; Kyösti, Jari, Leevi....
Lucky enough, we don´t have Dark Treants here in Finland

It's supposed to be set in Northern Faerun, so I guess they decided to go for Northern-themed names.
Just avoid animated trees!
