who didnt like kreia from the start?

i just assumed that kreia came across the ship while searching for you. if she was close to revan at one point and it was revan's ship, its only natural that she would check it out if she found out where it was. and no doubt found t3 on it too and decided to use it for her own travel seeing as it is supposed to be one of the fastest ships in the galaxy

edit: the exile's first meeting was on peragus mining station as when she rescued the exile from the harbinger, the exile was doped up and unconscious (this is explained while exploring the peragus facility)
