I have once played a file and flew to Nar Shaddaa (my first planet) and once I had completed all I could I ended up with Atton, Mira and Bao-Dur Jedi. Which was very handy.
But I have never tried holding back the leveling up until they became Jedi/Sith. Nice idea, I might try it.
