Use the [.spoiler]tag at the beginning of the sentence and the [./spoiler]tag at the end of a sentence (remove the full stop to make it work).

Speculation:

I think it would be cool if: Darth Nihilus was once a Jedi Knight like the Exile and was a General in the Mandalorian Wars. Perhaps he was dispatched to Malachor V prior to the Exile and crashed on the planet. Maybe there he felt the dark side beckon to him and found the academy. I have not yet seen an account of where Kreia is during the Mandalorian wars, and she could already be in the academy at this time. Carth/Republic Admiral/Mandalorians state that Nihilus' ship is from Malachor, it is possible that if he was a Jedi General that that was his ship that he ressurrected from Malachor.

For Sion, i would like to think that he was something like Juhani from KotOR 1
For instance when Revan and Malak went to fight he was young and impulsive. He wanted to join but his master wouldn't let him so he attacked his master or ran away. Perhaps he went to join the war, perhaps his master was Kreia herself and that is how he met her. Either way i cant really see Sion fighting for the republic like the Exile or Revan.

Thanks, DesR85 I believe I finally have the spoiler thing down.Anyway,

No, Vega Darth Nihilus's ship is pure Sith. No Republic Warship looks like that. He dragged that ship himself from a well on Malachor after it crashed on Malachor's surface. Sion's master was Kreia he says it himself.Darth Nihilus was in the Mandalorian Wars, but he was a Sith. Sorry that things are confusing I'm just trying to answer a bunch of stuff. :)

darth sion was a sith on koribban sith academy, he was on of the sith that escaped to the unknown regions, after malaks death and revans disappearance.
Torturing and killing others enhanced his strength in the Force, and his ability to feed on his own pain and hatred made him immortal

Darth Nihilus, the Lord of Hunger, was a Dark Lord of the Sith in the time after the Jedi Civil War. An ally of Darth Traya, he was one of the few survivors of the Battle of Malachor V and a member of the Sith Triumvirate.

Although his role in the wars is a mystery, it is very likely that he may have been one of the Jedi that defied the Jedi Council to follow Revan. After the war he was found by Darth Traya to be Force-sensitive, and she began training him in the ways of the Sith at the Trayus Academy on Malachor V.

Wait a minute, if I recall correctly, that ship Darth Nihilus salvaged is a Republic warship but of a more heavier class known as the Ravager class compared to the Harbinger-class types that you see in the KOTOR series. Visas herself mentioned that her master travels in a broken-down Republic warship so its not possible that its a Sith warship. The Sith warship is actually a heavily modified version of the Ravager class Republic warship with alien technology as what you've seen back at KOTOR 1.

Holy crap, the Star Destroyers look just like Nihilus's ship, that means the Republic hasn't changed technology in 4,000 years. In the Clone Wars, the Republic had the same ship as well. All of them were barely different.

I completely agree with you. That is the slowest technology progression I've ever seen in my life. Everything looks the same even 4000 years before the events of Episode 1 and during the start of the Episodes. However, from the perspective of the Star Wars universe, technology is saturated meaning that the technology that exist do not progress at all. Even if there is some improvements, it would be slight at best. That reason would fully explain why the technology 4000 years ago looks similar to what you see in the Star Wars saga. I heard this from my friend who is familiar with the Star Wars universe.

I had completely forgotton that the Republic had " Star Destroyers " before the Empire. The Empire basically stole alot of the Republic's stuff. The Rebels got the smaller ships like the bombers and stuff. But the Empire got the clones, the AT-T's,the big ships, and other things as well.

I don`t think the Ravenger was a republic ship, If you look back you`ll see that the republic have the same ships now as they did at Malachor V.

I didn't think so either, but when you see that the Republic has had those ships forever you might believe. Even though that ship seems awful evil to be a Republic ship. I mean I sort of believe you because there was no other ship in the KOTOR series that looks like that so I can't compare with other ships from that era.

I did some searching around and that ship Darth Nihilus used is a Republic warship known as the Ravager class as mentioned here. I knew I've heard of that ship somewhere when I was playing KOTOR 2 a few months back. Pity that one was a wreck. It would have looked nice if it was a brand new. :D

     Yea, it is a pretty crappy ship. I mean if I
was a Sith Lord , I would have enough decency to have a nice ship. That's a really bad ship if you have to hold it together with the Force!:mischief:

Wholly agree. He (Darth Nihilus) could have just asked his minions or workers to rennovate the ship instead of holding it together with his Force powers. At least he won't have to go through all this trouble whenever he goes flying in that ship.

The Ravenger

You do have to take in mind the ship has been blown to hell and lived on malachor V for 10 years so slight changes perhaps caused by the dark side could manifest.
