What episode are you on now? When you are done with the season, we must discuss!! ;)
The one where Kate, Claire and Danielle go to the medical facility. Next week (when I am away canoeing) it will be the one where Sun asks Sawyer for a pregnancy test and they go looking for the balloon...

That depends if you have freeview/digital/cable etc. cos they show the episodes a week in advance so the pregnancy test has already been shown on E4 but not on C4 yet :)

I love the first season of Lost and really like this season but I'm not quite into it as much as I was in Season 1. I still watch all the episodes and love the show though but it just doesn't seem quite as good - maybe I've just got used to how the show works lol.

I actually like Season 2 better because it seems more believable (in a crazy way). The writers aren't relying on polar bears and mysterious roars anymore and are focusing more on the back stories of the characters. I love to see the histories of the characters and figure out how they are connected to each other. Favs--Hurley on the TV when Jin goes to threaten councilman, Sayid being interrogated by Kate's Dad, Libby sitting behind Hurley in mental institution.

@Greg, you can record it and watch it when you get back can't you??? :D

It gets repeated on Sunday at around 7...

@Mr_Sir - my freeview box refused to switch on. I tried to get it to work, but to no avail.

I didn't like polar bears and roars either. We have only seen the first season in Finland. Hopefully the second season will be better.

2 episodes of Lost on tonight, althought the second one gets shown next week, along with the next one.

The first one is the one where Locke gets locked in the hatch, don't know about the second...

OH, that's a good one!! Be sure to pause (if you can) to check out the hatch door. I think they have a closeup on cubit, but save it for after the show!!

I watched that episode last week, it was a great episode :)

@shana, do you have a link to where there is a pic of that hatch door as it was hard to see what was written on it in the scene where they showed it?

Mr. Sir, I am fairly certain they have a close up of the hatch door at this site. If not, I'll look around more!

Greg, that's exactly what I love about the show. All these crazy websites. I want to get a job thinking up bizarre things for Lost writers to do online!! :D

I had problems with that site too, but got it to work after a few refreshes and clicking on various menu options. Which part are you trying to look at? If its the hatch door, then the direct link is:

Thank God the national television started airing the second season of Lost. I had to make an article about the first season which involved seeing all the episodes all over again so I won't miss anything and ended up wanting to punch someone in the face. There's just so much Lost one can see.
The first 2 episodes seem promising, as the guys from the raft get back on the island and meet The Others.
So, who's your fav character in the show? And who to you hate? For me the favourite is Locke, but in his "sage with the knives" posture as opposed to the one in real life, taking s*** from a boss half his age or falling for the "dear dad needs a new kidney" routine.
I don't really like Michael. "Walt, don't play with the knives", "Locke, stay away from my son", "Jin, if you ever touch me again I'm gonna take advantage of the fact you're conveniently tied up and kick you in the face".:mischief:
Anyway, one of the things that puzzled me about season one was the episode where they show Jack getting married. Then, 2 episodes later, he's at the airport, talking to some girl and saying he's not married anymore.

Yea, a new Lost fan!! I like Locke, too! You will figure out more about Jack's marriage in flashbacks during the second season.

Oh, and you can NEVER watch too much of this show!! :D :)

Well, new to this forum. I'm been watching the show since the begining. :) Looking forward to season 3 (whenever they're gonna air it here). I saw on IMDB that they already have 5 episodes ready. :D
I'm also curious about the connections between all the castaways. Right now I know that Hugo (or Hurley) bought the box factory Locke was working for and that Sawyer met with Jack's dad in Sydney. Hoping to see more. :D

The connections are the best part. If you go to the website I posted above, there is a section that ties everything together.

Season 3 starts next week here in the US. I can't wait!!

If they don't answer a few more questions, I think I'll quit watching till the DVD comes out.....
such as what is it with the polar bear...flashback of Michael giving young Walt a stuffed one...the comic book...and so on...
On the bright side the last People or Entertainment mag. had a 15 or so page pull-out on the show, with little known tidbits of how some characters tie-in, such as the Sun and Jin backstory, Hurley winning the lottery is on the TV.
oh well...its still better than 99% of TV. :)
