Are the two located at Fort Carmala inside or outside of the fort?

I found the shadowbane wine on the top floor of fort grief (on island bear bravil). You need to go there to find aerlon locke who is missing, however I'm not able to leave the fort as i'm locked in (even through I stole the real key form the orc). so maybe this helps and meybe not!!

Highlight:
Fort Aurus, on the NE shore of Niben Bay just south of the mouth of the Corbolo River.
Fort Dirich, SW of the Weatherleah Estate or halfway between Chorral and Skiingrad a little west.
Fort Irony, on the SW shore of Niben Bay SE of Bravil.
Fort Vlastarus, off the Gold Road East of Skiingrad.
