From the links:

Supported Memory: PC100 or PC133 168PIN SDRAM Memory, 512MB Maximum
RAM: SDRAM 256Mo PC133

So you should be looking for 168 pins (very important!) SDRAM with a speed of PC100 or PC133. Here are some at Newegg. Some good brands are Corsair, Geil, Kingston, G.Skill, Crucial, Mushkin and OCZ.

I think its fair to ascertain that the maximum memory on that motherboard is 512megs. Follow Malta Soron's advice about memory type. I wouldn't go so far as to buy Corsair RAM or whatnot, as the chances are the modules already in there are cheaper OEM.
