I think energy blade overtakes melf's minute meteor as the most powerful ranged weapon. 9 attacks per round, that nuts! :D

here is one spell i think many people don't use.
Fire Arrow.
this spell does evenmore damage then Magic Missle.
1 arrow does 1d6 dammage + 4d6 fire damage.
each 5 lvl's u get an extra arrow.
ad the end of ToB that is 7 arrows.
7*6+(4*6)*7= 210 damage :eek: (max.)
7*1+(4*1)*7= 35 damage (min.)

a magic missle gives 1d5 per missle, 5 missles so 25 damage max.

so fire arrows is great (discovered that saterday :o :D :D )

It sure is great :) BTW, the bhaalspawn version does take long to cast... 1 round :(

If it is anything like Melf's, it has to be incredibly powerful. Since you can only cast spells once every 6 seconds (without Improved Alacrity), you can use the time in between to make ranged attacks. Cast a Flame Arrow, throw 5-6 of these. In one round!

that is 1260 damage (max)
210 damage (min)
in 1 round WoW :eek: :D :D

How about an uncapped magic missile? 15 times 5 = 75 damage no bad

it is only a shame it is capped to only 5 missles or does this changes in ToB?????
