What do you mean:
'the soul gem that has the sheild and chamelon effect'
I tought that soul gems do not has effects but charge, and 'I tell them what I want from them'

Umm, since when do soul gems have specific spells you can create within them on armor and weapons? Elder Scrolls 3 and 4 don't do that. Granted, the higher the soul gem the higher the effect, but any soul gem will give chameleon to an armor so long as you have the spell (and possibly a mod with it, dunno how it works really).

I mean like a Sigil Stone for an example... They come with enchantments like sheild and i don't know about chamleon but if you go looking for random oblivion gates and take the sigil stones im sure your probly find one if your luck enough. Once you find one ( if there is one) and can use it on weapons and armour and TA-DAH! sheild and chamelon

Sigil Stones
Sigil Stones have One armor/constant and one weapon/strike effect.I can use them on one unenchanted armor, but that still only one effect. I cant use them on things that are already enchanted ...
