Very well
Spoiler:
Contrary to what the description says, I do believe that they can use rings, so the Ring of Gaxx, found at our most favorite demilich of all time is one of the regeneration/ Improved Haste sources. Foebane +5 is a draining weapon, although it's found as two different pieces, it has to be upgraded to the afore mentioned status. Arbane's Sword +2 can be a good source of Haste (+1 attack and double movement rate) early on, as well as the Chaos Blade for Draining. Adjatha the Drinker +2 is found in the Planar Prison, also early on. Blackrasor is an excellent draining weapon for Wizard Slayers, especially ones that hit fast. And, depending on your alignment, if you get Vampiric Touch, you can cast it on yourself to heal damage as well as to give yourself some extra hit points.
I have soloed SoA a long while ago with a Wizard Slayer and it worked out just fine. However, now that I think about it, your cumilitive spell faliure is your greatest asset as using my "speed tactic" any caster type can be easily disabled.
The fighters aren't too much of a problem.
Through weapons alone, I can think of a way, right off the top of my head, on how to get up to 6 attacks per round. That's some nice spell failiure/drainage right there.

As far as I remember the only thing that will allow a Wizard Slayer to cast Improved haste is the Darkfire Bow from ToB. And of course weapons such as Kundane, Belm and the Tuigan Bow are amongst the ones I'd consider using to maximise the number of attacks. I almost want to try this...

I wouldn't use a ranged weapon as it doesn't give the WS the benefits that he needs.
Spoiler:
Assuming we're using Blackrazor, a speed weapon, have 5 stars in each of the weapons that we're using and that we're Improved Hasted, we do 8 attacks per round. Blackrazor's effect percectage is 15%. That means one of every 8 attacks carries the effect. With a Blackrazor effect hit, we not only get healed 20 points, but we're hasted, strengthened by 3 points (not sure if it stacks), our opponents are drained 4 levels and they get a 10% spell faliure.
I say that's death right there. Assuming each attack hits, we're already buffed, they're 4 levels lower and they have 80% of spell faliure.
If he can use the Ring of Gaxx, I don't really remember, he can cast Improved Haste on himself 3 times per day.

I did some testing. Now I have a feeling that the G3 fixpack I have installed may have changed some things, but in my game the Wizard Slayer could not use rings, but he could use healing potions.

I made a mistake. The Wizard Slayer can't use rings, but can indeed use potions.
My game is unmodded but patched.
Nonetheless, Improvded Haste can be goined through that bow, so we're all set.
Also, I thought about it just now, and considered that the Beast Master wouldn't have a hard time after all, as I have said before.

Thanks for all of the suggestions, everyone, but since the general consensus was that anyone could solo pretty easily, I decided to try
something different, instead.

Then I made a mistake too. Using potions would make the WS a whole lot easier. Quite playable actually despite the item limitations. They might have altered that in one of the patches since I can recall there being something about not using potions.
